The Higher Diploma in Business Management is designed for learners who want a broad, practical grounding in how organisations are run. The programme covers core business functions including marketing, finance, human resource management and operations, with an emphasis on real-world case studies drawn from Sri Lankan and international markets.

Module 1 Foundations of Business Management

Introduces core management theory and organisational structures.
